  14. What are the available download formats?
Single tracks are available on mp3 format. Some tracks are available on FLAC format as well. Full albums are mp3/FLAC compressed into a ZIP file. The lowest mp3 bit rate we offer is 256Kbps, the highest is 320Kbps (There's almost no difference between 320Kbps and CD quality). FLAC format is exact CD quality but unplayable in iTunes and Windows Media Player, read more about FLAC Lossless here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flac All files are DRM free, so you can burn as many copies as you want, for your own personal use, and play them with almost any audio application. If you need any help extracting the ZIP file, go here: www.jviewz.com/extract-zip.pdf

  15. How do I print the cover art for my digital download purchase?
When artwork is available, it's provided in the downloaded zip file. Below you will find some tips to help you access and print the artwork. Access Help: The artwork for a download product is presented in a PDF file format. You will need to make sure that you have the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Acrobat Reader is available for free download at www.adobe.com. Tips for printing: In the Adobe Acrobat Reader, make sure you set the “Page Scaling” to “None” under the “Print” menu. The default setting will shrink the image and misalign your artwork. It is possible that different printers will format the images differently. We recommend printing a test page on regular paper to see how your printer processes the image. It is common for a piece of paper to be slightly skewed when being fed into the printer. The images are designed to print with bleed over to accommodate for slight variations.
